What a great evening and turnout! Two games of Laserquest then a fast hike up to Rumwong in Guildford. For most it was the first time Laserquesting and it showed, frankly, with Sue Q thrashing the pants off everyone in the first game - an old hand! The second game was a different kettle of fish as everyone had got the hang of it by then and another large group were playing too. Their game plan was to hog the tower, which worked and we didn’t fair too |

With the glad rags on we trooped up to Rumwong’s authentic Khan Tok Room where there are no chairs, just cushions to sit on, round the low table and enjoyed a lovely Thai meal and surprisingly, no back ache. Neill presented Sue S with Player of the Year, as, despite being off for much of the year her playing has come on leaps and bounds. Only a couple of the girls didn’t have the stamina to round up the evening in Rogue’s Bar. Clearly the ski trips aren’t good enough training! Many thanks Becki for organising a great evening. |

well, but we all thoroughly enjoyed it and agreed it was a whole lot less painful than paintballing would have been. |
